E-Mail Address Request

If you would like to have a ______ @janesvillehog.com e-mail address, please use the form below to submit your information to have it created. In the field name Email Address, please enter your current e-mail address. In the field named E-Mail Name, please enter the name you would like to create your new address with. Do not include the @janesvillehog.com in this box. For example, if you wanted your new address to look like chopper@janesvillehog.com, you would only enter chopper into the E-Mail Name box below. When choosing a new password, it must be at least 8 letters/numbers, and can not contain the user name as part of the password. For example, the name chopper could not use chopper2010 as a password.

All mail sent to the new address will automatically forward to your current address with no action required on your part. If you prefer to use your new address as a web-based account rather than forward to your current account, please notify the webmaster. (Instructions are also available to set these accounts up for Outlook and other clients.)

You will receive an automated confirmation that your request was received. Please save this, as it will contain your login information.

To use your new e-mail address as a web-based e-mail account, point your browser to webmail.janesvillehog.com. Your confirmation e-mail will tell you your login and password.
